STIEFELMAYER has many years of experience in high precision metal machining.

We take over the entire production process, but as well single process operations.
Reliability and knowledge in detail – that is what you can rely on.

We have documented our quality in standard in regular certifications according to ISO 9001:2000.

We cover a large range of machining possibilities,
for instance:

• CNC milling
• CNC turning
• flat grinding
• circular grinding
• trimming
• jig boring

Our production is particularly specialised on long parts (guides, flat rods etc.) up to 5000 mm. 

Besides traditional machining we have established a number of innovative manufacturing technologies: Laser hardening, trimming in a trimming centre, non-distructive hardness testing – just to mention a few of them.

Quality control is done by means of a high precision 3D coordinate measuring machine (2400 * 1000 mm) and a large number of approx. 2000 further measuring and testing instruments.
