Laser hardening –
concentrated local heat input

The first laser hardening machine was installed in our own production facility as long ago as 1989. More machines were subsequently introduced in job shop production.
This experience has stood us in good stead as makers of process-optimised laser hardening machines. Intuitive operation and optimum hardening results are important priorities.

The process is always digitally controlled, even on the simplest machine types where user programming is confined to specifying the start and end points. These basic models are perfectly adequate for many hardening applications. If more complex hardening tasks are specified, they can be upgraded to multi-axis CNC machines.

The modular architecture enables handling systems and various table concepts to be integrated into all machines.
