Laser hardening – The first laser hardening machine was installed in our own production facility as long ago as 1989. More machines were subsequently introduced in job shop production. The process is always digitally controlled, even on the simplest machine types where user programming is confined to specifying the start and end points. These basic models are perfectly adequate for many hardening applications. If more complex hardening tasks are specified, they can be upgraded to multi-axis CNC machines. The modular architecture enables handling systems and various table concepts to be integrated into all machines. |
