Our quality philosophy continues in the production of our clamping tools: highly precise clamping tools need modern production and testing facilities as well as motivated and experienced employees. You find all of this at Stiefelmayer. As well as conventional production methods, we also use many innovative technologies to manufacture our clamping tools.
For example, for many years we have been hardening the particularly stressed contact chuck surfaces with laser beams.

Our measuring room is also excellently equipped. Acceptance processes recorded in detail for every chuck as well as extensive test runs for every clamping chuck are a matter of course for us.

 

Service:

Even after delivery of our clamping tools we will be there for you at any time if you want ongoing service and support. Our offer ranges from commissioning the chucks at your premises, regular maintenance of your chucks right up to quick repair and chuck conversion.

Spare parts, e.g. special jaws, are also available from us at very short notice thanks to flexible production organisation.
