Diaphragm Chucks

Diaphragm chucks have a high re-run centring accuracy (< 0.005 mm). The membranes move in the elastic range of the material. Release is either on the machine side or by means of integrated pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.

Here we have already realised membrane clamping chucks in many different sizes and designs for many sensitive applications.
